Bramhall Banking Hub
Banking Hub Bramhall, Stockport
Introduction
Through a tender process, Teesdale engaged with
Integral and Cash Access UK to fit out a Banking Hub in
the town of Bramhall, Stockport.
The government-backed scheme introduces Banking
Hubs into towns where there is no longer a bank or
building society, enabling their customers to have
access to banking services, shared between a number
of banks
The Project
Cash Access UK chose the building and had plans
created by their chosen architects. These plans were
shared at tender stage to cost and create a time scale
for the works.
Once an order is received, we create a PoW to fit with
the time scales outlined by Cash Access UK, liaising
with the designated contractors
On site – 6 Weeks
A full R&D asbestos survey was undertaken and a
Health & Safety plan created. Teesdale cleared the
site of its contents as the site had the remnants of two
other occupants which were to be removed. Partition
walls were removed to merge two units into one. A
structural survey was completed by the client prior to
architectural planning stage
